The fruit is deeply sweet with a bright, balanced tang, almost seedless, and packed with juice!
One quirk gives the Valencia character: as warm weather returns, ripe fruit can flush faintly green again (a harmless effect called regreening) that acts as a natural sunscreen without effecting the sweetness inside.
