Caring for plants should be fun! That’s why we offer 1-on-1 virtual consultations from the comfort of your home or office. Whether you’re looking for general care tips, maintenance techniques, or plant identification, our (human) plant expert is here to help.

• 15-Minute Consultation (Complimentary): Perfect for quick plant identification, basic care questions, or help picking out your next plant for your home or garden.

• 30-Minute Consultation (Paid): Ideal for intensive troubleshooting, personalized care plans, or multi-plant check-ups.

Appointments are held via video conferencing, which can be easily accessed on your phone, laptop, or tablet. After purchasing your consultation timeframe, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to choose a date. All appointment sales are final. 

Meet Your Plant Expert: Paris

Since starting as a greenhouse intern in 2018, Paris has grown into a trusted voice within The Sill’s plant-loving community. She leads all of The Sill’s virtual workshops and in-person events, and has hosted over 300 virtual consultations, sharing her passion and expertise with plant parents worldwide. Paris holds a certification in sustainable gardening, is completing her associate degree in horticultural science, and personally tends to an indoor jungle of 200+ plants. Whether you're keeping your first succulent alive or adding to a serious collection, Paris makes plant care feel less like a science and more like a joy!
