About The Trailing Hearts Duo
Our Trailing Hearts Duo pairs together our lovely trailing succulent, the String of Hearts, and our popular Philodendron green. Both plants have long trailing vines adorned with heart-shaped leaves that can be propagated quickly.
- Each plant is unique; size and shape fluctuate by season so all measurements are shown as a range
- Medium String of Hearts measure between 3-5" tall from the soil line to the top of the foliage, measurement does not include vines
- Medium Philodendron Green measures 3-8" tall from the soil line to the top of the foliage, measurement does not include vines
