About The Cyclamen
The Cyclamen houseplant features vibrant, delicate flowers, with distinctive heart-shaped marbled leaves. This versatile plant is ideal for indoor gardens or brightening up a windowsill since it thrives in cooler temperatures!

Sizing Guide
Small
Approximately 5" in diameter, fits plants in a 4" grow pot or smaller
Medium
Approximately 7" in diameter, fits plants in a 6" grow pot or smaller
Large
Approximately 10-12" in diameter, fits plants in a 10" grow pot or smaller
Massive
Approximately 12-14" in diameter, fits plants in a 12" grow pot or smaller
Watering Requirements
Water every 1-2 weeks allowing soil to dry out halfway between waterings. Expect to water more often in brighter light conditions.
Sunlight Requirements
Thrives in medium to bright indirect light. Not suited for low light areas or direct sun unless coming from the morning hours.
Humidity Requirements
Normal room humidity can work, but Cyclamen can benefit from higher humidity conditions. Consider incorporating a humidifier to boost humidity levels more consistently if the air in the home is dry.

How long do Cyclamen blooms last and how do you get them to rebloom?
Cyclamen flowers can last for up to 6 weeks, with a healthy plant continuously producing new blossoms for several months throughout the winter. Once the blooming cycle ends in the spring, you can allow the plant to enter its natural summer dormancy by withholding water and letting the leaves yellow and wither away. To trigger fresh blooms for the following winter, simply resume watering and move the pot back into a cool, brightly lit room once you spot new green shoots emerging in the autumn.
Why is my Cyclamen turning yellow and losing its leaves?
Yellowing leaves are typically a sign of overwatering, high temperatures, or the plant entering its natural summer dormancy phase. If it happens in late spring, the plant is likely not dying, but simply preparing to shed its foliage and rest for the hot summer months. You can easily manage this by reducing water significantly and placing the dormant tuber in a cool, dark location until fresh growth emerges in autumn.
