What to expect this winter.

Plant Parents,

We believe plant care is self care and are thrilled so many people are turning to greenery at this time. 

A few tips from our team: 

Shipping timelines: Currently, orders are shipping within our normal 5-10 business day window. COVID-19 safety measures are impacting our shipping carriers and greenhouse team but we’re working hard to deliver orders as soon as possible. 

Order confirmation and tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking email for each package once shipped. Items from our Brands We Love collection ship directly from the makers. They will ship in 5-10 business days unless noted otherwise on the product page, but you won’t receive tracking information for those items.

Separate shipments: Some items ship from different greenhouses, so you may receive orders in separate packages. 

Gifting: Let your gift recipient know something special is on the way with our new gift notification. Write a gift note to be included in the package at checkout, place your order and then lookout for information on the gift notification in your order confirmation email (sneak peek here)!

Weather conditions: We include heat packs when the temp dips so your plants stay warm and cozy in transit. Experiencing a polar vortex or blizzard? We've got our eye on the weather by region and will hold your order until it passes. If the weather has caused any problems with your plant, let us know and we’ll make it right.
