The Sill Membership

How does The Sill Membership subscription work?

This is a 3-month commitment subscription. Your membership is active the day you sign up and will renew every month on the same day of the month that you signed up. Once you're a member, plant boxes are automatically delivered each month.


When will my subscription renew?

Your membership will renew every month on the same day of the month that you signed up.


When will my order be delivered?

Your order will ship within a week of your order date.


What is the cost of shipping?

The Sill VIP enjoys free standard shipping on all online orders. Members are not charged shipping for their monthly subscription boxes.


How does the replacement process work if my plants are not looking happy upon arrival?

We want you to be happy with the contents of your monthly box. If for any reason you believe your plants were damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your subscription box arrival to schedule a replacement. We do not honor returns or exchanges on subscription boxes after 48 hours.


Can you gift a membership?

That’s so nice of you ;) You can gift The Sill Membership to a fellow plant lover. Follow the same check out process — except put down the recipient’s shipping information instead of to yours. Their membership is active the day you sign up, and you will be billed each month on the same day of the month.


Can I cancel or pause my membership?

All sales are final — however, we want you to get the most out of your membership experience. If you are unhappy with your subscription box, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it to see if there’s anything we can do to help. At this point in time, you cannot pause your membership. After the initial three month you can cancel your subscription.


What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds for The Sill Membership as it is a 3-month commitment subscription. But if for any reason you believe your plants were damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your subscription box arrival to schedule a replacement.
