What to expect this season.

Plant Parents,

Currently, all orders are shipping within our normal 5-10 business day window. Should that change due to the expected, record demand on shipping carriers this season, we will let you know.

A few tips from our team:

  • Order early: Whether you’re decorating your home or gifting to loved ones, we believe a good thing can never come too soon! 
  • Shipping expectations:  For the health of your plant, we may hold your order for a few days if it's shipping to a state experiencing extreme temperatures, but still within our 5-10 business day window.
  • Separate shipments: Some items ship from different greenhouses, so you may receive orders in separate packages.
  • Order confirmation and tracking: Every purchase receives a confirmation email and tracking information for each package once shipped. Items from our Brands We Love collection ship directly from the makers. You will not receive tracking information for those items, but they will ship in 5-10 business days unless noted otherwise on the product page.
  • Gift giving: Don’t forget to include a gift note at checkout so your recipient knows who to thank. Should you need personalized shopping help, our Customer Happiness is just a Live Chat away (just consider us your elves!) Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET.
