Faux-Ever: How To Set Up Your Faux Plant
Now that your faux plant has arrived, here’s how to style it and make it a timeless piece in your home.
To all the plant parents who can’t stand to go plant-less in a dark room, a hard-to-reach corner, or because of small children or pets, we have you covered. We’ve taken some of our favorite plants and turned them faux. Because we believe that plants, in all forms, make people happy.
How to set up your faux floor plant in four easy steps:
- Unpack your faux plant and planter. Recycle the cardboard packaging.
- Gently finesse and bend your plant’s leaves into place. Even out the foliage on all sides of your faux plant so the weight is evenly distributed.
- Put your faux plant into its planter and add the biodegradable packing peanuts around its base. If you want your plant to sit higher in the planter for aesthetics, you can add a layer of peanuts before adding the plant.
- Top the biodegradable packing peanuts with preserved moss for a finished look. Your plant is ready to display!
