You Don't Need to Move To The Country To Eat a Lot of Peaches...
You just need to add a Bonfire Patio Peach Tree to your garden! This plant is a staff favorite for it's compact size, high output, and showy, pinkish-crimson flowers (and because it gets us singing the 1996 hit song "Peaches" by The Presidents of The United States of America).
This fiery spectacle of a plant brings any outdoor space to life. The Bonfire Patio Peach has "patio" in its name because it's great for small spaces — it thrives in containers and that brings life — and peaches! — to your space.
Why You'll Love It:
- Container-Friendly: No yard? No problem! This peach tree is happy in a container on your porch, patio, or stoop.
- Pretty From Spring to Fall: From vibrant pink blossoms in spring to lush, red foliage (hence the bonfire name), this plant has interest for most of the year.
- Easy-Peasy: Low maintenance? Check! The Bonfire Patio Peach keeps it simple, so you can relax and enjoy.
- Prolific Peaches: We're not saying you'll have millions of peaches, but this plant will produce a good amount of tasty fruits!

Care Guide
- Thrives in full sun, needing at least 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight daily to produce abundant fruit. Tolerates some light shade, but excessive shading can lead to weak growth, fewer blossoms, and reduced fruit yield. Suited for hardiness zones 4-10, depending on the species.
- Water newly planted trees weekly, providing 1-2 inches of water. Once established, reduce watering frequency but ensure deep watering when you do water, especially during fruit development and dry periods.
- There are two main types of peaches: clingstone, where the flesh clings to the pit, and freestone, where the flesh easily separates from the pit, making them popular for different culinary uses.
- Poor fruit development:
Not enough sunlight, poor soil conditions
- Wilting, browning leaves:
Dehydrated, underwatered
- Stunted growth, Leaf drop:
Not enough sunlight or poor soil conditions
- Fruit drop:
Inconsistent watering, poor pollination, or pests
