How To Care for a Grape

Sunlight requirements

Thrives in full sun, needing at least 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight daily for optimal fruit production. Too much shade may yield fewer fruits and have weak, leggy growth. Suited for hardiness zones 4-10, depending on the species.

Watering requirements

Water deeply about once a week to keep the soil evenly moist, allowing the top few inches of soil to dry between waterings. Increase frequency during hot weather or when the plants are fruiting.
