Order Status Update
Orders with standard shipping ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days. Orders with express shipping ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-4 business days. Tracking information is automatically sent to your email. More details about shipping can be found here.
30-Day Guarantee

Cold Weather Holds
If it’s too cold to ship, we’ll hold your order to keep your plant(s) safe. You’ll get an email update every 2–3 days until it’s on its way.
