1. How do your subscriptions work?
Subscribers receive one new plant and planter each month, shipped to their delivery address. To sign up, first choose your monthly subscription theme and then choose your preferred planter color. Your subscription will cycle through an assortment of plants and planter styles. Your subscription's monthly charge includes plant, planter, and shipping.
Note: our priority is ensuring plants arrive to you living their happiest, healthiest life. This means some plants ship fully potted in their earthenware planter while others arrive in their nursery grow pot, placed inside our earthenware planter. Simply enjoy as is or remove it from the grow pot and place it inside the planter. It’s up to you!

Subscriptions are a 3 month commitment. After your first 3 months, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time in your account. (Don't have an account? Simply set one up with the same email you used when you purchased your subscription!) Subscription boxes can only be delivered within the contiguous 48 states. Promotions and discounts do not apply to subscription purchases.
2. How do I edit my subscription preferences?
You can update your subscription preferences from your planter color to putting your subscription on pause in your account backend. To access your account, login or create an account with the same email you placed your subscription order with.
3. Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely – you can gift a subscription by clicking 'Send as a Gift' on the subscription's page. A form will then pop up, prompting you to add the gift recipient’s information. After your purchase is complete, the gift recipient will receive an email to set up their subscription account, add their shipping address, and choose their planter color preference. Subscription boxes can only be delivered within the contiguous 48 states.

A gift subscription starts on the date the recipient sets up their subscription account and adds their shipping address – not on the purchase date. Please note that gift subscriptions must be purchased as a separate transaction, as they do not flow through the same checkout process.
