This Saturday, April 27th, is opening day of the Hester Street Fair - a popular weekend destination in the Lower East Side's Seward Park. Returning triumphantly for its fourth year, the fair combines flea market with food market, selling a well-curated abundance of goods for you, your home, and your tummy. Come with an empty stomach and a full wallet -- there will be an astounding 60 vendors opening weekend, including more than 22 food vendors, like enduring favorites Luke's Lobster and Daisy Dukes BBQ, and one very houseplant happy vendor… us, The Sill, of course!
The Hester Street Fair runs every Saturday from April 27th through September 26th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., in the yard next to Seward Park on the corner of Essex and Hester Streets. Closest Subway Stations: Grand St, Delancey St, Essex St, East Broadway. (All images Atisha Paulson via HesterStreetFair.com)
